CHEATED BY AMAZON, I ordered RealMe 1 (Diamond Black 6+128 GB) (on exchange of Nexus 6

I ordered RealMe 1 (Diamond Black 6+128 GB) (on exchange of Nexus 6) on 14th June 2018 for my Mum and on 15th June'18 the courier boy generated the message around 10 pm that order is refused which was not even attempted to deliver.
I talked to the customer executives next morning regarding the delivery but the order was sent back to the seller and was in transit.
They refunded me the amount.
Again on 20th June'18 I ordered again on exchange of Nexus 6 and on 21st June'18 again the courier guy generated the message around 10 pm that attempt delivery failed which never happened.
Again I talked to the customer care executives on 22nd June'18 and she assured me with the delivery of my phone on 22nd June
At 6 pm the courier guy came with the packet, I asked him to check but he denied for the open delivery. He took my exchange phone nexus 6, checked it, took the otp from me and handed my new phone and he left. I opened the sealed box and instead of phone it had Vim Bar..... !!!
Since then I am in touch with the customer care executives for resolving it but they are not able to assure me with my Nexus 6 if I'll get it or not. Refund is possible but what about my phone????

Anurag assured me to call at 3pm on 23rd June'18 regarding the same but he did not. And now the customer care are also not replying properly over this issue.
