Amazon.in - Pre payment order canceled without any information.

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I have ordered (Order Id:4036666589-3501902) Boat Rokerz 510 bluetooth headphone on amazon.in on 6 May 18. I have prepaid 890 rupees by credit card for this product to amazon.in. yesterday(10 May 18) when i was tracking my shipment i found it got disappear from my order's list in website. After deep searching i found it in cancelled product. Today i make a call to customer care amazon for asking about cancellation of my order they replied order is cancelled by seller. seller is unable to to deliver it. than i asked him please arrange a another seller for deliver the same order. they replied me you have to order again for get this product and now you have to pay 1899 rupees for the same product we are unable to deliver you in 890 rupees.

I have prepaid rupees 890 to amazon for the order. How seller or Amazon can cancel my order without any information. why, i spent double money for the same order. Why Amazon shown price 890 for this product on his web site whereas they are unable to deliver on this price.

Please help me to get this product in 890 rupees which i already paid to amazon.in or refund me rupees 1899.
