Amazon.in complaint against for paid amount not refunded

2.Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Gel creme 50g worth Rs. 448 Order delivered by Tuesday 15 May 2018..
i opted for Cash On Delivery option..the delivery person send me link through which i selected netbanking to pay him Rs. 857 and the amount has been deducted from my SBI bank account but the delivery person said that he did not recieve confirmation and transaction had been declined. i showed him bank statement of payment to amazon for which he said that it will be refunded in 24hours and i had to pay him Rs. 857 by cash. I waited for next 2 days for refund after that i contacted customer care who registered my complaint and said me to wait for 7-10 working days for the process of refund and after that again contacted customer services multiple times which assured me for same by 31 May at any cost but did fullfilled their promise. Then, on 1June i contacted customer services again and this time they said me to send my bank acoount statement by email to Amazon. Then they replied by email to resolve my issue within 2-4 days. i still waited..after so many attempts for more than 22 days & wasting a lot of time now they are saying me to contact bank for resolution which could have been told earlier instead of wasting my time & energy..all time limits have been crossed and its enough now i want to charge a case against Amazon for the wastage of my time, money and i being a student needed that amount for urgent issues which i had to suffer economically and also disturbing me psychologically. How can they be so irresponsible to their consumers. All i need is JUSTICE ! Justice for my wasted Time and Money and the circumstances i had to face financially.
