www.winni.in order id #402133832812 cheated me by overcharging and then delivering very poor quality products. I ordered for a bouquet on 13th Feb for my husband's birthday. The bouquet was of 8 assorted lilies and winni team charged me rs.1909 for it. The delivery was promised to be on time but it came late. It was delivered next day and the quality of flowers and packing paper was really bad and there were not 8 flowers as promised. I am attaching the photos to this complaint. I immediately tried calling their call center but no one picked for next 2 days stating high call volume as reason. I emailed and after following up for 2 days they finally reverted. I complained about the quality but they did not agree. I sent photos and videos yet they did not accept that its an issue. I was so very mentally stressed. It was my husband's 40th birthday and i wrote special instructions and message while placing the order but they did not deliver the product as stated on the website. What was more harassing was them not acknowledging the poor quality and service, rather they kept arguing that its all fine. I was mentally tortured by their customer service and money was not reimbursed.
