July 16 2019 I saw the olx and i selected the black scooty Activa and chat the person that the is fellow vikash Patel who said me that he was selling the bike in kakinada army camp canteen from there he was delivered the Activa to my Address which he tooks from in what's app chat after that he to me to send 3000 rs in his account then you will get the direct delivery to the same address by army transport which coming from kakinada to vizag then i gave so many questions to him first send your id cards then he send me the army id card and canteen card etc then i asked him that bike which your selling that registration is visakhapatnam he told that i purchased from my friend name because i am from other state i trust him for he was in army so i send the 3000rs he got in his account he gave me a call and he was told me that your getting the scooty Activa in transport its delivery the time is 4 at evening then after 4 he some other stupid fellow call me and he told me that your parcel was came near at your place but its a small problem that you must should to pay the remaining balance then only you will the parcel then again i gave a call to vikash patel he also told me the same i fully understood that these fellows was cheated me after that i called so many time then he is buzzing me and warning then after i spreads in all my WhatsApp groups and to my contacts and to mu friends who working in army and navy's i gave a complaint to police station they told same happen to 3 of and your the 1 peroson from same complaint. But i dint get my money back and the news that these fraud vikash patel easy robbing and cheating a poor people's what our cyber police are working.
