Return Complaint filed on Amazon sent me wrong item and not returning my money

Return Complaint filed on Amazon by me: 19 May 2017

ISSUE: ordered JbL Flip-3 Bluetooth speaker but they sent me different model which is JBL flip-2.

Now, from 19th May 2107, they are creating the return pickups but not returning the product.
At the time of pickup, they are cancelling the pickup of wrong item. I think they don't want to return the product.

From last 7 days i am continuously calling Amazon (50-60 times) to return the wrong item delivered to me and Refund my money.

But they are just scheduling the return pickups and not completing it.

They created the return pickups 6 times ( for which i am attaching the images of every pickup)...but all the times they cancelled the pickup.

I waited whole day everytime..but no any person from Amazon came to me for returning the product.

When i called Amazon Customer care, they said "please give us one more chance we are creating another return pickup..and this time if we were unable to pickup the wrong product from you than we will provide you the Refund Instantly."

Everytime they are telling same thing...

I got frustrated... waiting from last 7 dyas after filing Complaint but no one is returning the product and also after commitment Amazon is not providing me Refund.

Amazon's policy is ""if they were failed to return the product in 3 times than they have to initiate the refund""

But in this case they failed to return the product after creating 5 pickups..still they are not initiating my refund.

I want my money urgently..
I can't believe these fraud peoples now. And i will not wait for another pickup to be created and cancelled like before. as again they want to create another pickup...now we can't believe them...

So, i want you to take some action against Amazon.in as they troubled me alot...also i want compensation for this from Amazon.in


My original amount is.. 8720 rs. (Paid Online via SBI net banking)


See the proof ...5 times they created the return and everytime they cancelled it.

Me and my brother continuously calling and requesting Amazon.in for Refund but they are not willing to help a bit..there is no hearing of my plea.



100s of times we e-mail Amazon.in.
100s of times we tweeted Amazon.in on Twitter.
100s of times we contacted Amazon on Facebook.
But still they are not willing to provide me Refund.

For all of Amazon's faults, mistakes and irresponsibilities...we are suffering.

They are not feeling guilty for their mistakes faults and irresponsibilities.

Many times when i called Amazon Customer care "they scold me..and cut my call".

Please help me..and take action against this fraud company immediately.
