Pnb bank - Deduction of 42000 from my saving account without debit card swiping.

I contact the pnb chandi chowk branch sirsa for otp for new debit card. They asked to send the massage 5607040.but after sending massage, they don't send me after many masseges. A call from pnb bank saying himself pnb employ send me password and with in 3minutes42000.00 deducted from my saving account through debit card without swiping .
