Ordered through Paytm app who have registered the complaint but even after us following up so many times, there’s been no response from them.! Complaint no 70615213 dated 12th June 2018(Date of delivery). Further I also sent them an undertaking and all necessary pictures, video of the product box received on 14th June immediately after they sent me an email in that regard(that time also I only followed up for this email).
