I have bought ladies watch online from QNET portal of Vihaan direct Selling (India) Pvt Ltd on 29 July, 2020 for INR. 30,730/- (including shipping and handling fee & taxes), I mailed subjected company in prescribed format for cancellation and refund of money on 1 Aug, 2020, and in respect of which also received revert on mail stating "provide attested PAN card within 24-48 hours" on 3 Aug, 2020, have mailed within specified time with attested PAN card copy on 4 Aug, 2020, Afterwhich on 4 Aug, 2020 got a mail from co. as to cancel order confirmation and product to be redeliver to co.'s address, have given all details of product redelivery with tracking ID of bluedart courier as as when the courier co. approached me for same on 16 Aug, 2020, thereafter on 18 Aug, 2020 i've also received mail from co. as "My refund request has been sent to hold the commission and product so that they can process my refund, and my request is under process and they'll update me shortly.", Further on 21 Aug, 2020 Co. mailed me for not acceptance of couriered product and resent that to co.'s address, which i've already sent and communicated on 16 Aug, 2020(as discussed above), and after this I haven't received a single mail from co. for status of my refund procedure, Kindly help to get my Money Back as soon as possible.
