I have ordered a mobile phone from hotshop.co.in online website and paid the whole amount of Rs.7999. I was spoken with customer care on 27.10.21 and representative was told me that order is despatched and will be delivered within 2 days from then It's been almost more than 1 month that I have not received any update regarding the order, hence I contacted to the site via mail but massage did not delivered to that mail as well as from then their customer care no. also shut down since I did not have any way to contact with the seller to demand refund as well to know what about my order then on 18.11.21 I find that website is closed So I did not receive product as well as refund of my money. From all above incidence I has been trapped by fraud through online shopping company. My humble request to please refund my money from these fraud.
