I have ordered Adidas shoes from Myntra during EORS sell on 19/06/18 at discounted prices. They delivered me wrong cheap dusty shoes and after complaining for 2 days they have picked up the wrong shoes but saying we don’t have those shoes it was their mistake. They send me email that they will give 199/- less then original amount as I ordered early access. After so much complained They said they will refund original amount but 199/- will be refunded after few days and they will not deliver the shoes which they discounted and I purchased. They did false advertisement of the shoes which they didn’t had in their inventory and send wrong shoes and are not understanding at all. They not only mentally harass me they make me feel like cheap by offering 400/- rupees coupon. Please take appropriate action against Myntra for false advertising and failure to deliver the goods which they offer at discounted rates. I wanted to claim 100000/- rupee for harassment by Myntra. And 19999/- (8000/-) for shoes not delivered. My order number with Myntra is : 1081303-0218847-8252101
