I request for my refund of 3000 rupees she told that it is not possible

I have one call from Flipkart one lady was there they were telling that you win offer on Flipkart you have 4 option to choose your price but at first you have to buy min 3000 rupees any products and this product you have add on flipkart cart and then give information about this product like price,name of product etc on phone call and then she told me you have to pay the payment of these products by any payment app but that time I don't have any payment app link with my account so I tell this information to the lady she told don't worry I can help you from this situation she ask me for any other account number which link I told I don't have then she give me a two option that you have to tell me any another person account number and IFSC code and then after she told you have received OTP she told you have to tell me the OTP then I tell them my mother account number and IFSC code and the OTP that I have received and then she told your payment is successful this all matter was on the date of 11 March now till 15 I don't receive any message of my order I call them and ask for my ordershe told you have to pay 5000 rupees extra for GST of your product I asked the lady why she told me this is a policy of our Flipkart company then I request for my refund of 3000 rupees she told that it is not possible because this is a policy company now today till 16th lady phone is switch off.
