Item not recieved even after 6 months. No response. Online fraud/ scam

I placed an order on 27 SEPTEMBER 2022 through website. Order number 1628. I paid a total amount of 1800 rs for my product through google pay. Now, Its March 2023. After tremendous tries of trying to reach her via instagram, whatsapp, email, there has been no response from their side regarding my order. (all of this, for which i have proof of)
After repeated tries to inquire about my order on instagram, She blocked my account, because of which im unable to reach out to her anymore.
Now theres no way to get in touch with them.
They have terrible customer service, along with a business that seems scam to me. Do not trust them.

All i want right now is a refund. This is my kind request to everybody out there. Please do not order from here. You may never receive your order and most likely lose your money too.

    Placed order 6 month back, I paid 12699 rupees, she not sending the product. Last time I initiated complaint and she asked sorry and asked to revert the complaint and told she will send the dress. But she not sent the product till date. She simply telling some story to revert the complaint but not sending the dress. She given so much stress to me . She is a Cheat. I want a proper justice.
