Paytm Incorrect information, Fraud, mental Harassment

I had booked bus tickets from Pune to Hyd from Paytm on 13 Mar. The date of journey was 19 Apr.

The tickets provided by Paytm were for SVR bus transport services. On calling SVR on the number provided, they said there is no bus at the time for which I had received the tickets. If i had not called them prior, I would have received this info on the road while waiting for the bus.

In the last moment, I had to get flight tickets booked which cost me 4200 INR. Plus the transportation cost to the airport.

The paytm customer care not only refused to provide me any information, they did not provide me with any solution . They kept my calls on hold for 1 hour. This entire experience was mental harassment for me. Not only paytm provided fraudulent information to the customer, they did not provide any solution or answer to the situation.
