Fraud complaint against an e-commerce company named "ezeekart".

I got an advertisement of smart band on my facebook page by an e-commerce company named ezeekart which was showing buy one and get one free offer on mi band 4 (with many features as described on the e-commerce site)...so i ordered one pair of smart band...and thankfully i got the order after 4 days...but it was different as shown on the site with less features...even one of the smart band is not working...infact its not switching on...i tried to contact many times the contact number as displayed on website but no response from their side...sir/ mam kindly look into the matter and penalise the ezeekart for their fraud. I will be highly obliged to you.
