Credit card payment issue against phonepe

Respected sir,

I am using yes bank credit card for past one year. I have paid the credit card payment through phone pe application Rs.11415 in 1.4.2020 .its reflect the bill amount it take minimum 4 days ...but payment amount didn't reflect my credit card balance..my bill payment transaction id was -N2004011850319757304852...yes bank put Rs.500 late fee in my account also..i have also complaint phone pesupport..they are could not response ..please do something..
