Bajaj Finance Has Cheated me by giving Wrong Information

Online Fraud Complaint Date: February 6, 2021
I do not want to take Loan of Bajaj Finance. But Bajaj Finance Person Has Told that you have to Sign on Hard copy & After That Loan will Transfer to you. I have not Signed on any Documents. Still this loan transfer to my account & charged File charges, Interest & penalties of Rs 20,000 Approx.
All information is available on Phone. On my Vodafone Mobile no 7574881002 between 25 Feb 2020 To 29 Feb 2020. I do not have Recording Copy. I have Given Complaint in Police Station 2 Times but they are not Taking any Action & also they are not supporting me.
All the Information Given by them was Wrong.
They are Deducting Money from My Bank Account. & due to Lack of Balance Extra charges also charged in my Account. This I Came to know by Last Week.
They have taken control in My bank account. They have Freeze my Balance also.
They are Threating that they will Take Legal Action against Me.

So I want to Cancel This Loan & Loan charges of RS 20,000. Also Recover Penalty for Wasting my Time, Cheating & Giving Mental Tension.
