Amazon.in Money not refunded for product that I didn't got

I ordered a mobile phone ONE PLUS 6T Mc. LAREN limited edition worth ₹46999/- on 08 May, 2019, expected delivery date was 11 May, 2019 but because of non availability my order was cancelled on 14 May, 2019.
After 14 May, I'm continuously calling amazon helpline number and regularly your helpline support team is telling me that I'll be refunded within 3 to 5 working days but everytime Amazon failed on the commitment. It's been almost a month I've been calling amazon people for this and everytime I've been given some new reason.
I've registered a complaint with NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE NUMBER ( complain no. - 1378721).
