Amazon Account Was Hacked and my all details was changed by someone

ON Feb 3rd 2019 around 8 am in the morning my account was hacked and my all details was changed by someone .My email address was changed and my phone no is also changed.I have complaint several times to Amazon Customer Support but no resolution is provided till now.They told me to Wait 24-48 hours but it is almost 4 days but there is no resolution is provided.There was around Rs 2800 amazon pay balance in my account and all that money was used by that person.
My old email account:mayankchawla220@gmail.com was tranfered to this lalitkumargenpact@gmail.com
My phone number:7042023209 was also transfered to this 9717615662
Please Recover my account and take strong action to this person who changed my details .
I have also attached the screenshots .
