i am writing to you this mail from NAGPUR INDIA under the frustration with your local team. The failed to handle the case properly and insisting to accept the faulty Hand set Moto G 4 Plus.
i shall like to inform you
as under.
1) On Set Moto G 4 Plus through Amezon in the name of My Uncle and senior
council Shri Narayan Agerwal.
2) The Bill No, is KA BLRs 142538091 Dt. 13'th June 20016.
3) The set was deliver to him on 20'th June 2016. the Problem was persist
since day one.
4) He informed me about the problem i suggested him to us the Hand set for
a week time if the problem still persist then we will peruse with the
Company.
5) Since the Motorola is well known brand so company will support beyond
the norms for the customer support.
6) I have also purchased two hand sets of the same make and model both are
giving good services up to my sanctification.
7) When i tried to order this hand set through Amezone they informed that
my limit of 2 handsets is exhausted and i can not further order. So i order
this hand set through my Colleague Mr. Rajesh Bora.
8) When I contacted to Nagpur Authorused service Station Comwen Information
technologies Pvt. Ltd. Job Sheet No. 5985 Dt. 05'th July 2016 and Order ID.
404-794509-5042755.
9) IMEI No. 35411 50750 67643.
10 ) Problem in the Hand Set is Charging nob is very Hard, Screen is
Automatically Blinking, Touch Screen is not working and loosing the control
frequently and SMS Typing Error.
11) Remark of Service Station : Displaying is not working so software
updated by them but problem was still there and they have return the
Handset and advise to contact the Company. Since the Hand set is New one
and there is manufacturing fault so either opt for replacement or you can
get your money back.
I strongly feel that Company should replace it immediately without further
any correspondence. This will create the good impact in the mind customers.
