Hello Sir/Madam

This complaint is on behalf of my sister regarding a smartphone given for repairing purpose at a mobile repairing shop named 'Sprimon Technologies' located at below mentioned address.

On 29th May 2019, my sister, Kadambini Muduli, submitted the faulty phone(Redmi Note 4) in the above mentioned service centre for fixing the heating issues and quick battery draining issues. It was fixed by them for Rs 3000/- and collected by my sister on 1st June 2019(Receipt attached). On the same day, on inserting SIM cards, she found that the SIM slot 1 is not working properly, which was working absolutely fine before the fix. Now after she took the phone to the them, they asked for another Rs 2000/- to fix it which is quite unethical. It was clearly from their end which led to this issue.

Therefore I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
