No service of my Handset mobile i.e. Moto G Turbo from the authorised service center

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a Moto G Turbo 3rd edition from Jamson Mobile sales, Ponda - Goa (Purchased bill Photo clip enclosed). After few months I had got a minor problem i.e. Mike problem for which I received to the service center at Mobile Clinik, Margao Goa (Service Job Scanned copy enclosed) on 20th March 2017. Yet till now they not doing my service and telling me that we have ordered the parts from Bangalore but not received yet. Such a Joke that it being 2 months. I went to the service center agin at 28th April 2017 and they showed me that the parts had been dispatch from Bangalore on 26th April 2017 and again i went to service center on 15th May 2017 and they are telling me that the parts which were came was not for my handset. Such a joke that first they telling me that it is my handset parts and now they are telling me that it is for others. Such a joke.
I had contacted to the head office of the motorola customer care and they telling me that your handset service is already solved and they are telling me to collect the handset from the service center but the service center are telling me that the handset is not been repaired and the parts are not received.
Such a minor problem and they are not doing service at all and they just keeping my mobile for abbendant and wasting my warranty period and waste of my time. They are not giving any service just delaying the warranty period and time.
I humbly requesting you to take the necessary action, warn them and made them the service job done early.
I will be very gladful if you help and I am awaiting for your reply
