Mobile repairing not completed within TAT of Gionee Service Centre

Dear team,

I have given my Geonee p seven max gray mobile to your service centre of Ujjain that is Sarala infotainmnt for some charging problem on Ninteenth July two thaousand eighteen. your customer care executive on tollfree number told me that there is eleven days TAT of any mobile service on Gionee care. After Twelve days I called your service centre executive whose contact number is printed on your service jobsheet. He told me that please come tomorrow On Thirteenth day I went to your service centre and ask him about my mobile then he told me that we will give your mobile after more Fifteen days. I asked to your service executive for customer feedback register and then he told me that there is no any customer feedback or customer visit register policy on gionee service centre. I am suffering without my mobile and got business loss. What is the meaning of your Eleven days TAT policy. Please help me otherwise i will do for legal step.
