Samsung Display gone in 2 month pathetic quality

Dear sir,
I spent 12000 rs to purchange a Samsung mobile which was a defective piece and with in 2 month whose display and call receiver gone away ,more over service centre charged me a huge amount to rectify the problem. Sir for a defect piece of product why shoud a consumer pay, secondly manufacturer like Samsung a big fish of market should be penalized who beguiled me by charging various amount for a defective piece, sir it's our hard earn money so please take some stern action ad help on this.
