Dear Sir,
This side Raj Kumar I buy a mobile Infinix smart2 from Flipkart with one year complete mobile protection by Jeeves company dated 13-10-2018 .
My mobile damage due to water and I fiLE a complaint against my one year protection to jeeves company on the dated of 09 june 2019 and make 500 payment . In their term condition they say that your mobile will repair with in 10 working days of delivery but my mobile deliver on 17 june2019 and tll now my mobile not repair and not deliverd to me .
I call him and mail him number of times but they dont give me any response i am very sad from that type of service .so I request you to reslove the case as soon as possible.
