I had purchased the subjected mobile on 27.12.2016 from Flipkart and the handset was not working properly and showing sim not working and network problem also on 28.05.2017. After that I went to service centre on 29.05.2017 for repair of the problem and they took the mobile set and issued me service request no. RVSRN1705LXS00078. They handover the mobile set after repair on 29.06.2017 then the mobile got short with fire while charging power on the same day at the service centre while taking delivery. They said that their is no warranty of damage by short circuit. My issue is that my phone didn't repair by their service centre properly and that is the reason of short by fire immediately while giving delivery from service centre, Sonepat, Luxmi Enterprises , Shop no. G-18, City Plaza, Old DC Road, Near Axis Bank, Sonipat now it has been shifted to Gandhi chowk, Sonipat. Please take immediate action for recovery of my mobile as it is under WARRANTY. They are denying to repair the mobile. Neither they are providing new mobile against the damaged mobile
