Sumsung service department charging money againest warrenty

i have purchased mobile phone model no J8,after one month its display goes blank when i aproach to service centre they charge me Rs6325/- by telling that display does not cover under warrenty so i pay the amount and bring the mobile after repaired. again after two month same problem arises again they told me same thing. at the time of repairiong the set they told me that set covered under warrenty for 3 months but still one month is left, but refuse to repair the set in warrenty ask me to pay. this couses me mantal tension, wastege of time and money.I request to hounerable court to resovle the matter and getit repaired under warrenty or repacled the set and compansation also be provided to me of Rs one lakh
