मेरा नाम अनिल है में लुधियाना ,  पंजाब में airtel का ग्राहक हुँ मैने अपने no 9878532225 पर Rs.29 का sms pack 29/12/2015  को 12:47pm  जिसकी Tr.ID 22494638 तथा उसी दिन 8:42pm पर जिसकी Tr. ID 28815587 डलवाया पर sms  फ्री नहीं हुए मैने 3/01/20106 को help line पर  बात की तो जनाब कहते है आपको sms नहीं मिले बल्कि एक दिन के लिए कॉल सस्ती हुई  थी  जबकि एयरटेल के Dec. 2015 के चार्ट पर साफ साफ लिखा हुआ है की 29 रु में 325 sms 28 दिन के लिए वहाँ ऐसा  कोई सिंबल नहीं है जो ये कहता हो की ये रिचार्ज सिर्फ कूपन में ही मिलेगा फिर अगर ये रिचार्ज बंद हो गया है तो तरीके से एयरटेल को ये रिचार्ज या ब्लॉक करना चाहिए  या ग्राहक को talktime दे देना चाहिए अब कम्पनी ये बताये की ये कहाँ लिखा है की 29 रु में 1 दिन के लिए कॉल सस्ती होगी एयरटेल इस तरह जनता को चुना लगा रही है मेरा बैलेंस मिले या न मिले पर में चाहते हुँ की इस तरह की चोर बाजारी रुके
