Hyundai Motor India — Unethical behaviour of STS Hyundia Showroom in Boisar

Dear Concern,

I am complaining for unethical behaviour of STS Hyundai Motor in Boisar.

I went to check i10 car on 16th May 2016 and the sales person asked me to submit my Original RC book for calculating the valuation of my old car. I never asked them to book i10 car neither I signed any document.

Next day, I went to collect my RC book and have been informed by them to pay Rs.5000/- to get back the RC book since they say that they have locked/booked the car & this is "HYUNDAI MOTORS COMPANY POLICY".

Next day, I went to pay Rs.5000/- and to my shock they asked me to pay Rs.10, 000/- . On asking them the reason, I have been informed that Mr.Dhananjay ( Owner of STS Hyundai) instructed them to do so.

I am proceeding towards filing a police complaint towards STS Hyundai Boisar.
