German motors - Chevrolet Service Center issue

I had purchased a Chevrolet Enjoy from German motors and now its reaching 30000 KM. I have done all services from German motors Kottakkal branch. Now while we approach the same branch for service, they told us that the service has been stopped at that branch. At least they should inform this to the regular customers. However, even though they didn’t do that, we had approached another branch at Calicut West hill. They were not willing to receive car and telling to take appointment. Since we had some complaints on the car, we want to tell it there, but no one is bothered to listen us. Since I am in abroad, my brother was the one who bring the car there,. So, I want to talk to the receptionist there to find out how can I get the appointment. Then that lady replied to my brother that she doesn’t have time to talk on phone.

I am not calling anyone to their home for chatting. I am a customer and if they don’t have time to listen a customer, whom should they listen? I cannot understand their company policy.
