Regarding interest percentage, Service person told loan interest as 9.6

Service person told loan interest as 9.6 but after disbursement of loan amount now you are saying it as flat 9.6 which is equivalent to 15.99...it is like cheating the customer.hence I kindly request you to cancel the sanctioned loan and take back the disbursed amount as soon as possible.


am asking to cancel the loan and take back the amount as the mistake is from service person but they are harassing me to pay the processing fee etc.
