loan amount not clear, asking for money to do settelment.

Loan Complaint Complaint Date: March 15, 2022
I had paid EMI One day before due date of my EMI using mobile application of herofincorp till date it is not updated in my loan account my CIBIL has been affected because of this &hero fin corp recovery agencies are harassing me to pay that EMI. also i cleared all payment still it is showing that i hv 18 overdue of EMI. i have visited their office , they are not replying on call. and also not helping to get my NOC for two wheeler.

also their agent , in covid time , they came home two times, collected EMI, not gave any receipt, told us to collect from office , and that money they did not submit in office.

i have also paid bounced charges , and cleared all loan amount. still not got NOC.
