Froad loan from yes bank

Dear Sir
I never applied for any personal loan from Yes Bank and Bank transferred RS 7,50,000/_ into my account without my any personal and without any information to me. They have already debited same amount from my salary account in yes Bank till now.
Now, they want to charge huge interest amount forcefully from me and I am getting threatened call from bank side. They are trying to defame me and I am very disappointed and mentally harassed by bank people.
Bank is showing this amount as personal loan however I never applied for any personal loan and no bank officials came to me for any verification for personal loan.
Some people are making threatened calls and abusing to me and my family members.
Please help me into this case.
