hi,
yesterday i have ordered Amul product online thru mobile app. vide order no ID 686658209647817. today few minutes back said order was delivery at my home. the salesman service was very bad, after delivery he ask to return back the plastic bag in which he brought the product. Does not expect such bad service from amul distributor.
secondly out of four products order, there was on amul diamond milk pouch. unfortunately after receiving milk my mom boil it and milk fat gaya.. i immediately check the packed date i found that it is clearly mentioned used before 1-3-2017, i called up customer care immediately they ask me to take photo copy of the utensil in which milk got boiled and ask me to take snaps of pouch shows batch and used before date.
why outdated product has been delivered to customer point. what is distributor doing it. cancel such distributor who plays with the life of consumer despatching and delivering such product.
after that i checked all other product delivered was all december 2016. i am attaching snap for your reference.
what to do with milk product....... i want replacement today itself before 2 pm.
