Respected Sir,
I am writing this complaint against an laptop retailer MICRO SOLUTIONS, pyara chowk, yamunanagar -135001, they had Sold me an HP brand laptop which was already billed with name of any thirld person with 7 months older, however the bill they had provide me, date mentioned 18 june 2019.
However, retailer told me that this is a brand new laptop cost me approximate 60,000 included tax, as i already explored its price from HP company website. but when i registered my laptop on company website with serial number I found it was already registered with the name of some other person.
When I complaint about this issue to retailer, they did not took further immediate action against my issue, When i intimidate them they offer me to compromise.
I do not want to compromise against these fraud people instead i have full faith in Law, Court and justice.
