Lenovo complaint related to warranty

sir I have purchased laptop on 08/08/2015 and from that date my warranty is of 3 years till 08/8/2018.but when I am checking my warranty it is showing 08/08/2017. i have also written to lenovo but they are not responding correctly of my problem. serial no-WB14527811 and ticket no-ADP95850 and LWP105438.

    Dear all,
    As i purchase a Lenovo laptop from croma mall kharghar in August 24 17
    And now I have some problem to non operation of the same.
    4 times I request you to your customer care executive and engineer also.
    Still I m not able to come out to the problem.

    Request you to kindly send any engineer to my place or please let it back.
    I don't want to get this machine again and I have very bad experience with the Lenovo company.

    Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
