Faulty product sold, ordered laptop on Amazon India

I ordered laptop on Amazon India on 17 June 2016, it got delivered on 19 June 2016. With Amazon order detail#171-7885505-6533929. It stopped working on July 28 as not powering up. I called Amazoon and they informed to get support from Dell. Went to Dell service center they asked me to get onsite support after calling Dell support Engineer visited my place. He informed that motherboard is faulty need to replace it, again engineer came and informed that motherboard he got is also faulty need to order other one. He got other motherboard and replaced but issue did not resolved. He informed that ac power adaptor is faulty needs to replace it. He got that and replaced but no solution. Then he informed me that HDD and external power adaptor needs to change. They are replacing all new parts with refurbished parts. When I called Amazon yesterday they hangedup my calls saying refund is not possible until you get DOA from Dell. When contacted Dell they refused to provide DOA.
