Dear Sir/Madam,
I buy the new Lenovo Ideapad s340 on 31st July 2020 from TATA croma Store and within the purchase of 30 days my laptop webcamera is not working. i connected with customer service team of lenovo and they guided to update the driver but still problem not resolved hence i complain logged and engineer visited the re-connect the webcamera wire and he informed that this series laptop having problem and later after 15 days again webcamera is not working then i have logged the complain again and again engineer visited and replace the part but again after 10 days web camera stop working. i am very much mental harrased that after spending 43K amount on new laptop and everytime i have to complain in this pendenmic time is very difficult why faulty laptop given. i need my laptop to be replaced with new one as this is not working properly other problems like slow is also there. request pls help in resolving the same as response time of Lenovo is very poor and late.
