Laptop Complaint  Post date : October 15, 2020

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your Notice that we had Purchased A dell Laptop (Vostro-3590) On 13th May 2020 seeing the services and reviews of the Laptop. But hereby using it for a month we had started facing Hardware problems that includes the freezing of the software that we open (Google Chrome, Coding- Visual studio etc) Which results in the Freezing of Laptop. Facing these issues since July we went to the Dell Service Provider in Guna Madhya Pradesh and asked him to respond for our queries. As a result the provider did the followingTurned off windows UpdateFormatting the C DriveAlso Instructing us not to turn on the Windows UpdatesAfter following the above procedure we still had issues because of which the Provider asked us to install SSD in the system which will cost around 5000 Bugs … Having used your services for these month dealer now said that the Model particularly has a Manufacturing defect…
We gave the Laptop to the Dealer which he kept with himself for around 3 Days !! In my opinion he had made some changes in Windows and then gave back to us after Installing 2 games in the Laptop of around 20GB.. Finally, the laptop has again stopped working and is not responding to the commands gave !! Getting heated up and also battery backup issues have also started !! 

This is the 6th Month i am again reporting the issue *Highly Unproffessional Attitude has been observed by the dealer whereby he told my father that- " Do whatever you can, do endless complaints you can never get off this"...The dealer also mentioned that- After purchasing the laptop for 53000/- please insert a SSD of 5000 bugs only then your laptop will work !! Otherwise dont visit my shop again 
The Dealer also mentioned that if the company has to sell their laptop in Guna, Madhya Pradesh then they have to contact with me and also deal with me for the same !!  there are mails we did but till now got no response 
Also, with due respect i would like you to register the complaint and give a solution asap!!Kindly provide the email IDs of Higher Authorities... We would like to raise the complaint Ticket against the dealer for 
 I would like you to resolve our query asap!!
