No addressing of problem, We bought Volta's AC (CU 183SZS3) from Reliance store

We bought Volta's AC (CU 183SZS3) from Reliance store on 25.04.2019, and since then have been facing troubles, in just 20-30 days the unit stopped cooling when we called customer care service they sent service man who told us that he would not be able to fix. Next day another came and told about gas leakage in the unit. He refilled it but in June again it stopped cooling. In July inside unit started leaking water and now in August it has again stopped cooling. Last month we requested them to make replacement to which they said that they have escalated our request but it's been a month haven't got any revert. We have been calling them to fix it but first they assure us of some service man to visit but later they make excuses. We have been in distress because of this issue and would like to get replacement or refund. We paid 34+k to get this and we have been cheated by Reliance Digi with this defective piece. Kindly see to this matter and help us. We need either replacement or our money back.
