Not able to Book 7th Ticket inspite of Adhaar Verification

I cannot book the 7th ticket for the past 7days due to exhausted error through the IRCTC website. complaint regarding the same are pending in the IRCTC website through email.I have a adhaar verified user and the passenger travelling is also Adhaar verified. as per rule of the railway, Only 6 tickets can be booked in a month but if your are a adhaar verified User and the person travelling is also adhaar verified in the website, we can avail 12 tickets in a month. Bit for th last 10 days I have been trying to book the 7th ticket and I am unable to do so. repeated complaints to the Email of irctc required me to send the Username and details which I submitted and yet they send be procedure of how to verify adhaar again and again. I have sent the screenshots of my adhaar verification from the site and the error that occurs during booking.The inconvenience caused Is beyond repair as I cannot bok the ticket during this difficult times. inspite of following all the rules of teh Irctc forthe booking. I am tired of sending emails to the same. and wouldlike to make sure that the same does not happen to any other person.The inconvenience caused Is totally uncalled for.I have to go to the station one hour early and wait in line during this Pandemic which again causes a health hazard only because of the irresponsibility of the Irctc to tackle with the problem in their online website.
