On 16/06/2019 at around 9:30pm or 10p.m I was doing online booking on Goibibo side for railway booking from howrah to Mumbai chatrapati shivaji Maharaj terminal booking date is 24/06/2019, Reference ID : TRNAFD7ZM6VIQ1. As I was booking my ticket through my Hdfc credit card, neither my ticket was booked nor I received my refund amount from Goibibo, suddenly it was showing your ticket has been cancelled,and you will receive your refund amount soon, but today is 19/06/2019 and I still not received any refund amount from Goibibo. Last night 18/06/2019 I received a message from Hdfc it was mentioned that your rupees 3470 amount converted into Emi from your next bill... If my railway ticket was not booked then how Goibibo could cut the amount from my account and converted into the Emi. I urge Goibibo return my refund amount against my railway booking as earliest possible.
