IRCTC & INDIAN RAILWAY REFUND NOT PROCESSED BY IRCTC AFTER TRAIN CANCELLATION

Dear Sir
Indian Railway has fully cancelled the Train No.12716 from Amritsar to Nanded on 22.12.2018 & 23.12.2018.The SMS regarding cancellation was received on 13.12.2018
I have book 2 tickets in this train against PNR No. 2731379500 & 2450622217
But after informing the IRCTC through Phone & Mail they have not refunded the ticket amount yet.
Sir why they are not auto cancelling the tickets & refunding the money as the cancellation of train is updated on their web site.
They are asking us to wait till 22.12.2018 for Auto cancellation & chart preparation & also informed if we cancel the tickets from our end they will deduct the cancellation charges as per their rule. I have loged complent through email but they are not entertaining us.My complent ID with IRCTC IS Ticket Id:-2469194

Sir this is causing lot of harashment as IRCTC is not behaving in professional way & also not allowing us to book tickets with alternate train. How should we travell if they inform us on 22.12.2018 about cancellation. This is causing mentally harassment to us from last seven days.
