I’ve paid for a 20 months internet package but Hathway discontinued my internet connectivity after 18 months. Regarding this I’ve made countless complaints on their costumer service number but nobody cares to help their. They just say we’ve raised your issue to higher authority so wait for 1 day and your internet will be working again. Also no support from Hathway office at surat also. They say it’s not in our hands and stop calling us it won’t help. My connection stopped on 22-5-19 ie before 2 months of actual expiration date.
