Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Refund Issue
The issue that I have experienced was: In the first week of May, I approached a Tikona person to install an internet connection in my area. So he took the advance payment via Gpay of INR 4126 on 6th May,2021. In the next week they came for inspection and found out my area didn't have the feasibility to install their connection which is why I was told that they will issue a refund in the coming two weeks. I have been following up with the guy since then and still no effective action has been taken to resolve my issue. The guy has been dragging this issue saying various reasons like frequent change of staff, festive occasions etc
It occurred on: 6/05/2021
Kindly refund the entire amount of INR 4126 immediately.
