I have subscribed to ACT fibernet in August 2018 after I moved back to vijaywada from bangalore. And it has been a nightmare since. Not even 1 week in these 8 months I got uninterrupted internet. They don't
1 resolve issue for 4 days. I have been only getting 15 days of internet out of 30 days in a month. They mislead customers with thier advertising but give terrible and faulty internet. I lost money because of act, as I need internet to work. But only could work like 3 days a week because of them. I have been paying around 700 rupees per month but I never got at least 20 days of internet per month. Please take further action on such companies who treats customers as fools.
