Timbl.co.in Poor customer care and Internet service

I got Timbl broadband service installed on 17th January 2019. I was facing some problem with timbl service so I kept on complaining since 5th Feb but the issue got resolved on 15th Feb. The customer care executives repeatedly told me that the problem was from their end and not mine but when I asked for a technician they sent it on 15th and the technician told the wire was broken somewhere and now the issue has been resolved. For some reason I couldn't get it recharged for sometime. Now I got a call from Timbl head office Delhi that I should get my plan recharged and he assured me that I won't face any problem in the future. Since 2 days I have been complaining again that there is some problem in the router that the company has installed at my place. Nobody has yet turned up to have a look. I switch on the router and it turns off as soon I switch it on. I have been calling their customer care number but nobody answers the call. My customer id is 2022845. I have got their best plan for 824 rupees/month. This company is a total fraud. I went to their Lucknow office also but I couldn't find anyone there.
Please have a look in this matter.
