Nextra Broadband private limited company complain Security deposit not refunded

I am Shubhneet Uppal, a Delhi resident, like you to intervene in this matter as i have given enough opportunity to the Nextra Broadband private limited company to redress my issue but the said company is paying no attention
The matter is Modem is given at new connection subscription at a security deposit of Rs 1500 and after account closure it was returned to the company and company will pay Rs 1500 in 90 days.
I had given Modem to company on 12/03/2018 and till today i have not get amount in my account. I have already call customer care several time they register complaint and nothing done in this regard.
I am enclosing hereunder Nextra modem recovery form duly signed by their representative as a proof they collected the same.
Please look into this matter and your prompt action is highly appreciated.
