We have been using ortel broadband connection since We shifted to Cuttack in 2013(Customer ID - 1009488, Connection is in the name of my father). Whenever we face any problem regarding my connection there is absolutely no one to listen! The customer care number, i.e., 977-609-1111, that is provided on the site is of no use. Most of the times the call is not connected to the customer care executive and we have to listen to that pathetic tune in the background. Last month the modem was damaged due to lightning and we lodged a complaint. we even called to Ortel, Badambadi but no technician visited for 5 days. Unfortunately I had to visit the office and replace the adapter. What would have happened if there was some wire problem in the pole? Do I have to climb the pole and repair it? For a single problem I have to dial 2-3 times to the customer care. I haven't seen such a pathetic service anywhere. Nobody cares to attend the complaint. I even thought of lodging a consumer complaint against your organisation. Regarding the Badambadi office, no one cares to pick up the call, i.e., on the number - 0671-2324619.
Every evening, every single evening I have to call to the customer care for either modem offline/slow browsing. They are intentionally harassing us. They are not sending any technicians after repetitive complaints. I am beginning to doubt they are limiting the internet usage from their side. I have been asking them to send a technician but they haven't sent any till now. I haven't seen such a pathetic, unorganised and indisciplined company!
