Dear sir
I have a hathway account which was opearated in year 2017-2018 as it was a prepaid connection all the amount was paid and account was closed and terminated in near by 2018 mid they has raised a bill nearby 5500 which was sattled in August in 2018 i have personally visited their office shows them all the prove i have and paid 500 ruppeeswhich was also not due and cleared all the matter and have a receipt of the same of all due cleared.
Now after a year a have received a similar mail of amount due 5000 and the same please help me and all the other customers also as I’m sure they are practicing the same with other customers also.i want to take a legal action please help me the same
